A Non-Profit NGO based in the State of Orissa and functioning since 1988 with headquarters at Cuttack is engaged in multifarious social welfare activities such as Prevantion of Drug Abuse and Alcohalism, Women and Dalit Empowerment, Coastal Ecology and Mangrove Ecosystem, Sea Turtle Conservation, Consumer Protection and citizens' charter, Governance Reform including Right to Information, Public Interest Litigation for Prevention of Environmental Pollution, Appropriate Technologies including Trawl Guard, Debate on Constitutional Reform and Orissa's All-round Development including disaster resilience vis-a-vis cyclone and floods.
